Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 15-45 business days from the date that it is placed.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 3 days for us to process your order and takes 7 business days for the items marked with “Priority Dispatching” to be ready for shipment. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.
You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account, or an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
1. You can decide if an item is right for you within fourteen （14）days after receipt of the goods, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear and Lingerie.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.
5.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
6. We will refund customer after we receive the package. Customer will get the refund money within 2 days if through PayPal. Customer will get the refund within 7 days if through Credit Card.
If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order are non-refundable.We will only return the cost of clothes.
Note:We will deduct the corresponding shipping costs of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service first time，we will get back to you within 24 hours.
